Returns & Refund Policy

At Fishing Appeal, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to sort it out as quickly as possible.

 

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from damage caused after delivery

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at info@fishingappeal.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind Returns

As many of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or ordering mistakes made by the customer.

Please check sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Worn or washed items
- Items damaged after delivery

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Fishing Appeal cannot guarantee returned items will be received.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as production often begins quickly after orders are placed.

After this timeframe, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal carrier delays.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in investigating the issue with the shipping provider.
